The food is good and the service is really friendly. You feel good here, even my dog always gets something extra. Just great.
Mega delicious, always happy to recommend it
The food was very good!
Failed birthday party My sister wanted to celebrate her 40th birthday there with me and her two friends. So 5 adults and 3 small children. Shouldn't actually be an act .. at 4:15 p.m. I was there punctually at 4 p.m. ... by the way, a start at 4 p.m. was agreed with the landlords by phone. It was agreed by phone that at 4 p.m. we had coffee in the next room if the cake is brought ... that the guests with the children first go out to the play area when the weather is nice, so the coffee table inside should still be prepared and it would make sense to do that before the guests are there , (Cups, plates, a few bottles of water, glasses, coffee already ready! ...) then no one would be outside but straight to the table to drink coffee ... This was not the case .... Sekt was ordered and came then also .. it took a while but well, what came after that made the following impression on me: The innkeepers were friendly but hopelessly overwhelmed, although in my opinion not too busy. The table was not set as a coffee table as mentioned above .... no plates, no cups ... and the coffee only ran through the machine at 5:00 pm .. I felt a bit like forgetting ... after we Then we finally got plates, we ate cake with the children who were already very hungry. The coffee came after the cake was finished. No one asked once whether someone would like to order something to drink (first for dinner). I then ordered water at the bar for the children. Dinner a la cart was at 7.30 p.m. ... a bit late for my taste ... the Schäufele was great but the schnitzel was first burnt and the second was still slightly raw, the pork loin was still bloody. Thank goodness there was a swing and a slide and in the evening it was still so warm outside that we could take care of the toddlers and distract them from their hunger. It's a shame that we could have done better at home. The Schäufele gets a star for the rest I can't give one. It should be mentioned here that I really like the innkeepers and the beer garden is really great and has a great view of meadows and fields ... There are great types of beer, the price is cheap, according to the innkeeper, the Schäufele would be extra because of me Sister and her husband put on the menu because they know they like to eat it ... so we were not forgotten ... but that can't help that, in my opinion, it was totally disorganized ... and totally for my sister stupid ... they have already been there several times ... but you can learn to organize the whole thing better. And it seems to work every now and then, otherwise my sister wouldn't have chosen this establishment. But when I look at other reviews it's no exception ... learns from this Dear hosts and by the way to complain to the guests that they don't know what they want or bring the cake themselves (as agreed by the way) is simply unprofessional ... I would like that you can do better in the future ...
We ended up here looking for Franconian cuisine. It was a stroke of luck. The food was excellent ... You can just taste that they are still cooked with love and that quality is important. The price / performance ratio is also great. Fazti, nice restaurant with a cozy beer garden, nice hosts and great food. We would love to come back.
Were there on Friday, there was a theater performance there, despite the large number of visitors, the hosts were friendly and courteous. The food was really delicious, everything freshly prepared, even the side salad had fresh beetroot! Nothing out of the can, meat was super tender. The prices for the large portions are excellent. Come again
Good schnitzel, fresh salad. Delicious! Nice beer garden when the weather allows.
Very tasty and good food. I was also there at the Eich and have to say hats off to our Corona regulations very well organized. That one with the trailer had a lot of charm. Greetings Sven Partenfelder
We were in this hotel for an open-air event and unfortunately cannot report such good things. When we wanted something to eat before the ivent, we had to wait 1.5 hours for the food. After a complaint with the manager of the house, we were told that the head of service was responsible for this. Since we knew that the Ivent agency Sabrina was on site with operating staff, we contacted them. After they took it in their hands, we got our food within 10 minutes. She informed us. that the receipt for our meal in the kitchen was lost. At this point it must be said that this Ivent agency Sabrina did an excellent job with your staff, although it was not always made easy for the three nice young ladies that evening. About the hotel itself it should be said that the food is good as well as the prices. Unfortunately, however, it is not equipped for the disabled, as access to the rooms begins with the stairs to the rooms: a narrow steep stone staircase, the rooms have a fairly high landing by the door, as well as the access to the shower and very little space in the shower for a wheelchair and entry into the shower not at ground level. The shower in our room wasn't exactly clean. For this inn it would be recommendable to look around for competent staff, because at the moment they are a bit overwhelmed when the rush is big. You owe it to the Sabrina agency that yesterday evening went so well, because the ladies are simply great.
Super delicious food, good beer, nice wait staff, good service - what more could you want? The beer garden is a small Franconian paradise, and the cultural events (The Eich, unfortunately already over, Jan Burdinski soon) are awesome.
As before, we had to celebrate our 50th anniversary with about 100 men at Gasthof Werner next year, my wife and I thought we would go to Das Eich to get an idea of what the location is like there. Beer garden and premises were ok. BUT from my point of view the organizational one big chaos !!!!!! We definitely won't look for something else here. What we also missed the traceability if there should be a corona case.
The food came very quickly and fresh ?. I can only recommend it.
We were at the OpenAir "Das Eich". We liked the show itself, only the stage was made very primitive. It was just a rusted trailer! It's a shame, because "Das Eich" belongs on a decent stage. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to eat a la carte either, only sausage or steak. If we had been sitting in the pub's beer garden, we could have eaten la carte. The pizza on offer also left a lot to be desired. The dough is too thin and hardly covered. The prices were cheap for us guests. But not for the innkeepers. We suspect bad calculation. For a big beer only 3e. We guests were of course happy, but have never seen anything like this at a party. The service staff were very nice and quick. Despite the chaos and minor accidents, they kept track and kept their nerves. There were minor problems with communication due to our Franconian dialect. But that wasn't bad and still a nice experience. The boss of the inn spared no effort to lend a hand, hats off! A very nice innkeeper. What we didn't like was that the so-called stage was at the end of a field-like meadow. It was a long way for the waiters to get to the guest. And just as bad for the guests to use the toilet. There would certainly have been better opportunities for the event. The place was there as far as we could see. Another point of criticism was the lighting. You had to light a lighter to be able to count the money. Cash was always immediately upon receipt of the order. That was very annoying. You missed a lot of jokes from the show because there was always cash around. There are definitely other options for that. We give the "Eich" a star and the service staff and the manager of the Gasthof Werner a second star. As we could find out, the service staff from the event agency were Sabrina. Great job done. Otherwise the event was cheap and came across as badly organized. We won't be back that soon. Still all the best from Seppl and Marie
The food was delicious, the ambite was wonderful, the service was very friendly.
Great service, good food and a beer garden to relax away from the street. Family atmosphere where you feel good.
Very good food, great beer garden, Bräuwerck draft beer, soon again.
In a short time we visited Gasthof Werner, a national inn. Normal prices, very tasty food. Always happy.
Top
I am surprised here the bad reviews ?. We were unannounced with 20 people here and had a nice table in the beer garden. The garden has a very informal flair, you have a rural quiet environment overlooking the swing and a corn field. The inn is very family run and the transaction was absolutely fine. Since we were only at 15:00 on site we were still offered hot food. The prices are absolutely humane and the price, Leistungsverhältniss is top. If you consider that you paid for a small beer ? 1.80 euros is the absolute top. There are regional beers like Neudrossenfelder Pils or Flechterla (Zwicklbier). The portions were more than lush, Schnitzel was very good. In roast, Schäuferle you could choose between green dumplings and dumplings, red cabbage or white cabbage, as side dishes. We were all very happy and there were only words of praise in the group regarding the food. From me there are 5 stars ? it was really class.
After the reopening, a super regional restaurant. Normal prices, delicious food
Nice guesthouse with open beer garden. Although close to the main road between Bayreuth and Kulmbach, but you do not get much of this in the garden. There are also rooms here. Friendly staff, just as you imagine a family business.
We will come here again for sure. Tho: The BREAD is a little bit TOO much.
